My name is Corey Sandler. I'm an event & portrait photographer based out of Orange County, California - and I love to travel. And when I say that I love to travel, I REALLY mean it. As 2011 comes to a close it is time once again to look back at all the crazy I’ve managed to experience in such a short period of time. This was once again a banner year for me, with plenty of new experiences. My greatest accomplishment this year was a six-week spontaneous backpacking adventure through most of Western Europe, making stops in Italy, France, Monaco, and Spain, as well as many other country's along the way.

Before leaving for Europe, I spent fifteen breathtaking days in Israel. I visited many historical, religious and cultural heritage sites around the country, including Jerusalem, the Western Wall, and the Dead Sea. I was most exhilarated to be able to experience the great cosmopolitan city of Tel Aviv and the ancient mountain-top fortresses of Masada.

I attempted a successful
hike to Ontario Peak, which at 8,693 feet is one of the highest peaks in the San Gabriel Mountains of California.

I also have a passion for electronic dance music (EDM), and this year I have photographed more than half of the Top 20 EDM artists in the world.
