It was no surprise that this event turned out a huge crowd with an appreciation for Trance and House music, and I even gained a greater admiration for the artists’ expression of music.
My mind swept to the stars when I heard Cosmic Gate’s “Fire Wire” blast through the speakers. As the music began to pulse through my veins, and the lights flooded my eyes, a smooth, powerful wave enveloped me. The vibrant colors of light were intensified by the alluring and magnetic beats that were electrifying the club.
While I was taking photographs and dancing around, I had the chance to observe the crowd around me. I was amazed by their tranquility and happiness. It was hard not to notice the beautiful dancers at Sutra, and when I had a chance, I asked one dancer, “What is on your mind?” She whispered back, “music, and just keep dancing,” which seemed to reflect the thoughts of the crowd at Sutra as a whole.
As the night continued on, the music only seemed to grow louder, and the crowd more ardent in their enjoyment of the music. In all this excitement, Alexandre Olivier Williams,A.K.A DIRTYROCK resident DJ at Avalon, had a chance to interview Randy Seidman, which Field of Noise got to capture on video(so stay tuned).
GIANT’s special event at Sutra with Cosmic Gate was a huge success. My goal to grasp the music and take pictures was definitely attained, and ended up being an extremely rewarding experience. Be sure to check out the video footage of Alexandre’s interview with Randy Seidman and the many pictures captured from this amazing night!
