Latest Award: Winner of The Sony a7 Experience

My image was just selected by Sony as one of ten winning photographs in Sony's a7 EXPERIENCE. Thousand's of photographers all over the nation were given the chance to work with live models in a studio set-up with this revolutionary new camera. Sony hand picked the winning photographs based on their artistic merit, and the photograph I submitted was one of the winning images!

Sony has offered me an all expenses paid photo expedition to Alaska for three nights and four days, where I have been given the opportunity to become one of the Sony Artisans of Imagery -- joining the ranks of noted celebrity photographers Brian Smith and Matthew Jordan Smith and National Geographic photographers David McLain and Cristina Mittermeier. This is such an amazing opportunity, and I am so stoked that I have been selected!  *Image above is not my submitted image*

This past year has been crazy busy and I haven't had much time to update this blog, however I have a special announcement to make. Today February 22nd is our 10 year anniversary! Thanks to everyone who has helped us along the way. To celebrate, we are releasing our new photography website, which we feel really makes our images pop!

MVE Holiday Party at the Bowers Museum

MVE & Partners had their 3rd annual holiday party at the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana on Saturday, December 14th. The museum was open for all guests to explore, while hors d'oeuvres were served and two open bars made drinks to request. For dinner, guests were served fall forest mushroom soup,  and then provided New York strip steak with yukon potato puree, glazed baby carrots, plus salmon on a bed of Bloomsdale Spinach with a crisp Meyer lemon ring. Announcements were made during the dinner, and then live music from the band begin to play and dinner was followed by dancing. MVE sure knows how to get their boogie on!
